2751 Home Automation is a personal household project for the owner and authorized household members. It is not offered as a commercial monitoring or security service.

Operation depends on device detection, network connectivity, third-party authorization and event delivery, Home Assistant, and connected equipment. Events may be missed or delayed, and integrations may become unavailable. No availability or animal-deterrence guarantee is provided.

The owner chooses automation settings, supervises tests, and is responsible for following applicable watering restrictions and device instructions. The owner may disconnect access or disable automations at any time.

Google Nest, Firebase, Home Assistant, and Orbit B-hyve are third-party products. This project is independent and is not their official service.
